Who is France Vlassembrouck?

France Vlassembrouck is a specialist in public and administrative law. She has built up extensive expertise in public procurement, public-private partnerships, concessions, town planning as well as in the public domain. She advises both public bodies and Belgian and international companies, throughout the pre-contractual and contractual phases, as well as in disputes, whether before the Council of State, or respective administrative and judicial bodies. France Vlassembrouck is a regular guest speaker at conferences and seminars on her specialization topics. She has also published various articles on these topics. Chambers & Partners Europe and Best Lawyers have listed her as an expert in the field of public law. France Vlassembrouck possesses a Law Degree (Catholic University of Louvain, 1992) and a specialized Master’s degree in Economic Law (Vrije Universiteit Brussel, 1993). In 2007, she obtained the Supreme Court Professional Training Certificate. France has been a member of the Brussels’ Bar since 1993. Before joining Monard Law as a partner on 1 September 2017, France spent a substantial part of her career at Stibbe and Loyens & Loeff.
