Who is Frederic Lettany?
Frédéric Lettany primarily works in the area of fiscal procedure for companies, individuals and public authorities. In addition, he has extensive expertise in Financial and Economic Criminal Law and advises corporations and private individuals.
Frédéric Lettany has a Law degree (Catholic University of Leuven, 1992) and a Fiscal Law degree (Catholic University of Leuven, 1993). He received a Common Law diploma from the University of Moncton, Canada (1994). He joined the Brussels bar in 1994 and began his career at the Tournicourt-Vanistendael fiscal law firm (1994-1997). He went on to work for Loyens in 1997 (1997-2003) where he provided fiscal advice, from 1999 to 2002, in Paris. He has been a partner at Monard Law since 2003.
Frédéric Lettany represents the firm at the French-speaking Belgian Chamber of Commerce.
