Who is Bram Delmotte?

Bram Delmotte has 14 years of experience in corporate and finance law, with a focus on banking and finance matters (regulatory and transactional) and capital markets transactions. He advises clients on the full range of debt finance transactions, including syndicated and bilateral credit facilities, acquisition & leveraged finance, property finance, asset based finance, project finance, structured finance and secured transactions, as well as public offerings and private placements. He also advises on financial regulatory matters, including collective investment schemes. In addition, he has in-depth experience in general corporate and M&A, restructuring and insolvency.

He obtained an LL.M. degree from Northwestern University, Chicago in 2003. He graduated as Licentiate in Law from the Catholic University of Leuven in 2001 and as Candidate in Law from the University of Namur in 1998.

He is frequently invited to speak at seminars and to participate in panel discussions. He regularly publishes in the areas of his practice (see the list of publications below).

He is a member of Vlerick-FEIB CFO Club, Belgian Corporate Finance Association (BCFA), International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA), European Association for Banking and Financial Law (AEDBF/EVBFR - Belgium), Société Universitaire Européenne de Recherches Financières (SUERF), Advocaten in beurs- en financieel recht (ABF), VOKA and VKW.
